As far as I can see, here's what we have to do.

Name the pirates.

Investigate the pirates- presumably some high-intrigue players can do this. Find out their homeworld, and how many legions they have. Dunno if that means we'd find out their DCI stats as well.

Seize the pirates- someone/ones with a large army can do this.



We can probably do 1 and 2, at least some of it, today.

The prize, or at least the majority of it, for investigating should probably go to whoever volunteers to investigate. Same with the seizures.
