Game 23: The Dresden Files Day 1 - Stormfront (Day Over)

Little delay from kinks, person or persons forgetting to send in rock paper scissors, things like that, and had a busy day, so Day 2 will probably start FridayDresden Files Day 1 - Stormfront
Welcome to the Dresden Files! There is still one slot available for any latecomers, please Noteboard me if you'd like to fill it, first come first serve. For all other players, your roles have been sent out, please review them and send me your choice of rock, paper, scissors for your defense choice along with where you are assigning your 'free point' and any questions you may have, as well as posting to let everyone know you are active.
Our game begins in McAnally's Pub, accorded neutral territory for all manner of supernatural beings. Some of you got called and told to come, some of you just happened to be in the pub coincidentally, and some of you got wind of a meeting there and came to eavesdrop. However you got there, you can't help but be a little unnerved when the door opens and a trio of grey-cloaked figures enter. Wardens of the White Council showing up is never a good thing, especially in numbers.
One of the figures, a young looking brunette, with a sword and staff, scowls as she looks around the pub, taking in its thirteen columns, thirteen tables, and thirteen windows before stalking over to the bar with its thirteen barstools and nodding to the barkeep, Mac McAnally.
"Where is Warden Dresden?" She asks.
"Out of town." He replies, never one to waste words.
She pauses for a moment then motion to the other two wardens, who stand next to the door in a relaxed fashion that nevertheless indicates that attempting to leave the pub is strongly discouraged.
"Greetings." She says, addressing everyone there. "My name is Anastasia Luccio, and I am Captain of the Wardens. Some very... disturbing... signs have been brought to our attention indicating that acts of Black Magic may be taking place here in Chicago. We found a dead body that was clearly the victim of such magic, and while the trail was growing cold it led here. We are certain that the person or persons responsible for this are in this tavern at this very moment. Without Warden Dresden here, we have the disadvantage of not being familiar with the city, or most of you, so we can rule out no one."
It occurs to you that given the legendary paranoia of the Wardens, even if Harry had been here, and even if they knew someone in the tavern quite well, they'd still suspect them.
"With that in mind, we will proceed as follows. You, with your greater knowledge of local affairs and events, will help us find these criminals. Since we are certain most of you are innocent, at least of this particular crime, we will let you decide who is most likely guilty."
"And then what?" Someone asks.
Captain Luccio shrugs, "And then we will execute them, we should be able to divine from their spirit if they were guilty or not, though that may take some time. We will release you after you have decided while we examine them, and you will return, or we will assume you are guilty and come find you. We will continue until the culprits have been found."
"Wait a minute! You can't just kill us on a majority, like this was some sort of lynch mob, we should get trials and juries. If we get picked, who do we appeal to?"
She shrugs, "Well, I suppose since this is neutral territory under the Accords, we can follow them. You could always challenger your accuser to a duel if you think they're lying, and they'd have to accept your challenge or withdraw their vote. That seems fair to me. I await your decision." She says, settling in at the bar and accepting a mug of beer from Mac.
You glance around, seeing the two wardens by the door have not budged, and take in the other patrons, trying to decide what to do next
Day 1 ends Saturday Evening, August 6th, or when a lynch occurs
