Is talking about role messages like this legal?


Given that the intent is to bring up something that may be a clue about the game's setting. What I don't want is people trying to, say, get more details about what that sentence is so that other players can compare it to their own role message and therefore determine that they had the same role message and therefore likely the same role.
The first rule of being a ninja is "do no harm". Unless you intend to do harm, then do lots of harm.
