Rana and I were very RBIRL and frankly I only got active because I enjoy being accused or accusing someone enough to cut into my sleep. Day 1 almost always ends in a townie death unless someone drops the ball and neither of us was too likely to do that. But Day 2 was pretty inevitable, the town really didn't have a choice, and Rana had already guessed Artsapat was probably the cop so we were both primed to fake claim cop if he accused the other guy. There really was no outcome to Day 2 except the one that happened, and while the speed surprised me there was no reason to delay and no real mistake by the town.

I don't think the town made any big mistakes, and while the game was well balanced with this small a group there's damn little room for error and advantage goes to the scum because you had 5 players who could trip up while we only had 2, and we were well positioned to exploit some lucky breaks.
