there's no such thing as a lvl 1 psi cop, for one thing, the psi corp has 1-12 as their psi-rating and the cops are all p12's, explicitly listed as such over and over again. you could be a p1 telepath in the cop role, but there is no way you're a psi cop and a p1. it's possible the mod screwed up or you misread him but if he told you your psi rating i find it unlikely he'd have told you that you were a psi cop too, that's a little too indicative of lots of b5-lore for that sort of error, you may as well just have said you're a first level d&d wizard with an int of 11 going around calling yourself an archmage with a diploma from wizard school to back it up.

i could easily believe you were a p1 on the run from the psi corp, and had cop as a character, but not a psi cop, and while i could believe the mod had an 'oops' i find it more likely you did.
