I was about to say that it isn't unusual for a RB and NK to aim at a single target, I've done it and had it done to me IIRC but I think of it as wasteful. The RB might lock down a PGO but I wouldn't wager on it, all our old debates on Passive vs aggressive role powers are far enough back I wouldn't be sure a Mod might recall them but specifically in game 7 you got killed when you went after someone who was a PGO-type while Fox was roleblocking him, as I recall. I had a somewhat heated argument with Kronin about it via NB.
