First, Marshall claimed Darkness in response to Gher's question. Whether it was random or not, the only other person who said Darkness was Hobo, and he was proven to be a darkfriend.

As Blaine mentioned above, beetnemesis, a confirmed darkfriend who defended Hobo the confirmed darkfriend, also defended Marshall after I voted for him on Day 1.

And now Marshall has decided to post an investigation of you, Fox and Ravens, despite the fact that everyone had agreed that it would be in our best interests to limit hypocopping to two choices. That's certainly anti-town.

Any of these individually could make one suspicious. Taken together, I'd say it's enough to base a lynch on.
