"It is all too convient that they claim the Boar's have been painted--which means they are marching to war. Particularly since the area they have been spotted in holds some of the richest nodes in the region."
"We must investigate the claims of the settlement and find the truth behind them. Even the most ferocious of Animas do not declare war on mere whim; if they have, I fear the cause."

Investigation and silent observation is the first step and then Dialogue if necessary. These Boar Tribes are old and set in their ways and do not appreciate even the Council in their midst. Caution is our course. Anything but could throw not only my people into chaos, but the surrounding kingdoms as well."
