He felt the connection forming, a bond between gem and mage, a bond that sorcerers and their ilk could only envy.

Fortunately enough, this gem seemed to be attuning faster than his previous one. Hmm, perhaps that shaman knew what he was talking about. Regardless, he felt it would not be long before he was completely attuned to the gem. Once that was done, he would find Yyrees through the disc - did he tell her that he would always be able to detect it? Ah, it matters not - and he would join up with them. Yes, it wouldn't be long now. The half-elf just needed to have patience.
At last, I have an apostrophe!
