I don't think there's two versions of Eleven, I think Future!Eleven is just flitting back through Amy's timeline, trying to layer in info that he knows she's gonna need to save the day in the season finale.
Also, Amy's clock at the end switched from 25/06 to 26/06 but also switched from 11:59AM to 12PM. Something does not compute.

If it is a future Doctor hopping back for a second to tell her something, is that significant? Hasn't the Doctor said before that he can't go back and change his own timeline? If he came through the crack in the wall, would that somehow allow him to circumvent that rule?
That clock thing is also weird. Is there a section of time in the world (the morning of her marriage) that no longer exists?
