I just quickly iPlayered that section, and to me it seems pretty deliberate, from focusing on his sleeve as he pats her on the head before then bare-armed taking her hands, to the very different tone in his voice.
Not that the tone of his voice doesn't change from heartbeat to heartbeat anyway, but even still.
Not sure I agree with two Doctors though. Well, yes, two Doctors were there, but the same one, albeit the jacketed one is likely shirted one's future.
I need to rewatch the other episodes to see if there might have been another point where Amy was talking to the wrong Doctor.
I think you're right that it's likely a future Doctor. Hasn't he said before that he can't go backward in his own timeline, though? Does this count as that? Perhaps it fits in with the idea that time can be unwritten, or perhaps future Doctor uses the cracks to circumvent the rule.
