Not showing the 2 hour premier which explained everything first, not staying in the same schedule, not knowing how to advertise to show in the first place meant that most people never got the chance to see it. some of those who did catch it couldn't find it the next week.

One thing that is true is that if it wasn't for Firefly failing and the response it got then Chuck would have not gotten its next series.
