There are a few that are sneaky post-apocalyptic but I don't want to spoil any of them because you really don't find out that they are PA until the end of the films.

Some more that come to mind though:

12 Monkeys
Resident Evil
Night of the Comet (my cheesey 1980s contribution to the list)

And to a lesser extent but a worthwhile film nonetheless, The Time Machine


The first Resident Evil wasn't post-Apocalyptic and it was the only one worth watching.
