There are a few that are sneaky post-apocalyptic but I don't want to spoil any of them because you really don't find out that they are PA until the end of the films.

Some more that come to mind though:

12 Monkeys
Resident Evil
Night of the Comet (my cheesey 1980s contribution to the list)

And to a lesser extent but a worthwhile film nonetheless, The Time Machine
Death to the Regressives of the GOP and the TeaParty. No mercy for Conservatives. Burn them all at the stake for the hateful satanists they are.
