It's hard to tell for sure if it's the same one. In Flesh and Stone you only see the watch for a moment, and it's partially obscured. It definitely has a leather strap, like the one in Craig's room, but Craig's had a square face, and the one in Flesh and Stone looks kind of round, but you can't tell for sure. However, it's very possibly the same one, because they sure did focus suspiciously on it for a moment in this latest episode.
