Cleopatra had three things that were attractive about her: 1)she was uber-smart and willful, 2) she is generally agreed to have had large pretty eyes, and 3) she was a frakking pharoah of EGYPT and so was filthy rich!

As for being a woman of true physical beauty, well, historians will say "not so much" to that.

So, they should cast a greek woman with pretty eyes but an ugly face with a honker of a nose. But then, who would go see that?

And yeah, that's ridiculous. Of course, getting Angelina Jolie as Cleopatra is equally ridiculous.
