I have mixed feelings about the all stars. I can see the logical reasons for doing things this way but I think that the problems that it solves could have been overcome by having the couples voted for singly rather than as couples.
Somehow this just isn't as exciting for me as seeing twenty kids getting the chance to show what they can do. It feels more like Dancing With the Stars which was always flatter for me compared to SYTYDC.

I think that I would have rather seen the tapper go than Alexie. It is hard to say though.
