I'll admit that I haven't watched Andromeda. But even though Farscape starts off a little iffy, it's the sort of show that builds on itself, again and again as time goes by, until it becomes ridiculously awesome for people who have watched all the way through. I don't know if it's even possible to pick up a random episode and enjoy it because of all the character growth and interaction, not to mention the series-spanning plot arc. If you watch it all the way through, I doubt you'll be disappointed.
