The relationship with a married man is every bit as much her fault as it is his. Considering her social group, there's no way she didn't know he was a married man, so to agree to/start (no idea which made the first move) a relationship was morally wrong of her.

That's where the "it takes two to tango" bit comes in.

If she was attracted to him, or wanted to say yes, then morally what she should have done was say "get in contact with me if your marriage is ever over" or something similar.
