That's what really bugged me. That and how long it took them to work out that taxi drivers were the ones who you trust without knowing, etc.

Introducing Mycroft without naming him and having him introduce himself as Holmes' enemy certainly had me thinking it was Moriarty, and, of course, it may well be that they will go that route. But I hope not.
