The writers don't just focus on the leads, and I appreciate that. Those guys are absolutely hysterical. The female medical examiner is also fabulous.
I want Castle and Beckett together as well. I don't know why their relationship has to change for the worse if they are together. The jokes about them not wanting to admit they are attracted to each other won't last forever, but their banter could still work in a relationship.


Agreed. :D All the sidekicks have such great lines in Castle. It makes me giggle every time I watch the show!

The banter wold definitely still work, and there'd be new banter, based on teasing Castle and Beckett about their dates and whether they'd slept together and all that.
