...the children’s clothing is different in the final scene … look again …

They are also played by different actors according to IMDB, so all the "they didn't change" theories are off the table. I guess they only made them look really similar to give us a scare for a second there.
I am now more confident to believe in my happy ending, at least until further notice.

Also: a lot of people noticed by now that Cobb is wearing his wedding ring every time while dreaming but not anymore in the final scene.
