IMO, that seems more of an indicator of rage than typing in all caps. I could never understand that assumption. Angry people shout because they are to agitated to modulate their voice - they don't make a calculated decision to speak louder. How does that uncontrolled fury translate into tapping the caps lock key? By the same token, typing so fast you can't be bothered to notice four straight misordered words, and not bothering to capitalize anything does imply a similar agitation and loss of control.
