That took a bit of thinking. It's Mårran is Swedish and Mörkö in Finnish. Hufsa just doesn't sound right.

It is a personification of chill and winter/autumn. That name presents that perfectly.

My main problem with Mörkö is the gender. Everybody here thinks it's a he.


But she has a handbag!

Monsters are sometimes scary. I don't know what characteristic it is that makes them so. I do need a visual aid to be scared.
