It will be broadcast free over there, right? Your media is also state supported, nor does what YOU watch affect the ratings, right? So, why not download them? It's not like your downloading something that you'd have to pay for later if you waited.
It's not on one of the "state" channels.
I mostly don't like downloading things because I don't trust the files not to have viruses &c.
