The "Will Adama's death" twist was interesting - I was wondering why the kid had brown eyes and would be much older than Adm. Adama in BSG - now it makes sense.
I had trouble the whole time trying to figure out how William Adama would become the Adama we know. The timelines didn't mesh (not to mention the eyes, but that's a minor detail).
The biggest question I'm left with is Zoe. It was clear from the very beginning that she would probably be the first Caprican skin job (the first/final five being from Kobol), or is she the first Hybrid? Is there any connection between Model 7 being called "Daniel" and Daniel Greystone?
Maybe - but all of the skinjobs in BSG were made by the Final Five (which makes them the "first" five, I guess) and Cylons at the Colony. Maybe they resurrect him or something. I could see Cavil being threatened by him since he is pretty much teh father of their race.
I think Zoe will be some sort of half-skinjob that the Cylons can never get right, and so are very receptive when the Five show up and offer to make perfect skinjobs.
