I am a big fan of suspension of disbelief when I go see a film so that wouldn't stop me. I am still somewhat undecided if I should go see this, hearing such mixed things.

And really, there are few films that it's really worth spending $40 for two people to see. If you're hesitant to see it, you won't miss anything by waiting for home video / VOD / a decent torrent. Unless, of course, you're into the whole 3D movies thing.
