The last few have actually been fairly bad, albeit with good parts woven in. This one for instance- the only scenes I thought were good were the Burt/Kurt ones and a few of the Santana/Brittany ones.

Glee doesn't seem able to decide what kind of show it wants to be, so it tries to be everything and thus usually fails. The best episodes are the ones where it picks one of its elements and sticks with it throughout the whole episode.
