Still highly disappointed that SyFy chose to cancel this show. Poor management decisions at what used to be my favorite network is destroying SyFy.


Agreed. I remember when Sci-Fi was a channel I would watch frequently, but now that there's more reality shows than scripted science fiction I just ignore it for the most part.

Of course, I'm also perturbed at all those Stargate fans who couldn't make the transition to an INTELLIGENT and GRITTY Stargate show. Sad to think that the best Stargate show only gets two seasons, while SG1 got dragged on and on, and crap shows like Ghost Hunters, WWE wrestling, Scare Tactics and the like continue to thrive.


I could understand a series or two of Ghost Hunters types of shows, but when they threw on WWE and Marcel's Quantum Kitchen I resigned myself to the fact that it's not my Sci-Fi (or even SyFy) anymore. I will have to make do on other channels from now on.

I hold out faint hope that somehow something will be done to continue this excellent program; maybe a film (even direct to DVD) to wrap the story up.


It was reported on gateworld.net that there is currently no plan to do a movie of any kind to wrap up the story. It's really a great disappointment that the show didn't last long enough to finish out it's story.
