So. If she is Amy's daughter, why is she exhibiting signs of being a Timelord? I am fairly sure simply being born after travelling a bit in a Tardis is not enough to do that.

Yes. Although, she could have been kidnapped by the people and held in continued exposure to them until she had the kid, and then gotten released into the open.

That is quite possible. In that case, however, who is the kid Amy was holding? There is no indication that timelords regenerate into infants.
