More seriously, I'd probably say the Directors Cut, since it was the most "intact" at the time I saw it. On the other hand, that was nearly 20 years ago, and Scotts Final Cut seems to be considered truest to his vision since he assembled it personally. I can't tell you which is better because I haven't seen the latter (and it's almost certainly a matter of taste anyway).
