No - the Doctor took and old, obsolete Tardis so presumably it has control rooms from before he took it.

Didn't the Doctor say that there hasn't been that many control rooms, and she replied, "Yet"?


The Doctor said something along the lines of but you can't archive something that hasn't happened yet, and she said, well you can't.
