Hmm I don't know...it would seem like they should put that at the end of the season as it was at the end of the books. Maybe they meant the birth of the dragons? As in what I assume is supposed to be the preview for that episode she seemed to be putting one in the fire.

... that the Ned scene was actually a solid 100 or 150 pages away from the end of the book, if not more. Dany and the dragons was the very last scene in the book.


IMO, season 1 will end with the funeral pyre of Drogo, and the cracking of the dragon eggs. Whether they actually show any dragon (and I think they will, if just a snout/head) I don't know, but that will be the cliffhanger into season 2....the dragons have returned!!
