Reasonable people can have drastically different opinions about them. For me, I rather enjoyed the vision of 'hell' for Captain Jack... stuck with nothing but an endless mass of himself. Fitting.
It wasn't until people started talking about the movies here that I read/talked to anyone who had anything at all positive to say about the 2nd movie. My family and friends, at least those who watched the films, all felt that it was the absolute low point of the franchise. Still, when it comes to entertainment, everybody has their own likes, dislikes, and opinions.
