First A Serbian Movie, now this. Why do people feel the need to make these things? Is it just a matter of having seen it all already, so needing to go further?


The inability to actually make shocking and tense movies based on story, lighting, camera work, directorial skill and acting, leads instead to a 'lets do something fucked up' mentality.

This coupled with humanities continual desensitisation to violence and sex, leads to garbage like this. 30 years ago Texas Chainsaw was shocking, now 12 year old kids wouldn't even blink at it. It makes me wonder where we'll be 30 years from now.
