VPN = Virtual Private Network. Basically, you pay a company to access the internet through their servers. If you get a VPN with servers located in the US you'll be able to access all US-based services, including Netflix, Hulu, etc. The cost usually ranges from $5-$20 USD/month.

Anyway, might be something to look into if you don't want to deal with torrents.
