If you've seen the original "Highlander" movie with Christopher Lambert, then you'd recognize Clancy Brown (he played the Kurgan, the Big Bad that Lambert fought at the end). He was also the preacher on HBO's "Carnivale."
Rockwell had one of the best film perfomances I've seen in a while in the neat movie "Moon" as well as playing Justin Hammer in "Iron Man 2" as well as playing Zaphod Beeblebrox in "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy."

My wife and I know who Daniel Craig, Olivia Wilde, and Harrison Ford are. I don't recognize the name Sam Rockwell or Clancy Brown, and I doubt she does either. So perhaps instead of "A-list", "household recognized" would be more appropriate.
