He is one of the most useless characters and has been since the first season ended. We have never seen him develop into the bad ass that appeared on the train to Peter in Season 1. Instead, he has remained a child-like, manga-style, pile of steaming crap that does nothing but get into trouble. It is regrettable too because I would like to see Ando develop into a strong character but instead he just spends each season going around baby sitting Hiro. They either need to bring Hiro around or get rid of the character - the cool special effects of everything stopping in time has grown old.
But wine was the great assassin of both tradition and propriety...

I agree! Hiro needs to go. Seppuku preferably or killed by Ando. Looks like death by powers tho.
