how much Bel has desexualised Freddie. For me, at least, the writers would have a hard time selling a romantic relationship between the two given everything we've seen to date.
Right now, I agree, she doesn't think of him that way - while clearly he does think of her that way. But it's also made clear that Hector was merely the latest in her growing list of brief relationships that don't go anywhere, and that she's not really doing that great in her lovelife. I don't think it'd be that unlikely that they hit it off at some point.
Of course, on the other hand new relationships would mean plot possibilities for the next season, so I don't expect them to go much further than maybe indicate she's becoming slightly more interested.
