After watching BSG all the way through something like 7 times now, I think that my favorite episode is 3.09 "Unfinished Business" (the episode with the boxing ring set up in the hangar bay so all personnel who want to can "dance"

I'd agree that the worst episode by far is 2.14 "Black Market." That episode is almost painful to watch.

My personal worst episode was Black Market. I know alot of people consider The Woman King to be the worst, but I actually enjoyed it.
My personal favorite would have to be the final 3 episodes. I know alot of people also hate the finale, but I found it to be a satisfying end to a great series.

Pegasus was the best episode. Much of Seasons 3-4 were inferior to Black Market.
