Nope, there's the shape of a mystery person hiding mostly behind the shed. Canton with the gasoline is standing by his vehicle, clearly visible. But if you look at the right side of the little shed, there's a dark person-shape there. It appears to move out a little bit and move its arm. It could be a mistake though, or it could be some sort of debris with some cloth flapping in the wind for all we know, but it does look at awful lot like someone watching from behind the shed. Given that it's a fixed moment in time where the Doctor is supposed to die, it wouldn't surprise me if there was someone else there who came to watch. I'm just not sure who it would be.
