I liked Evil Dead 2, Dawn of the Dead (both), 28 Days Later, the first Resident Evil movie.

On the other hand, I really didn't care for Romero's new efforts at revisiting the genre he basically created. "Land of the Dead" and "Diary of the Dead" were both clunkers.
