That scene in Independence Day when Will Smith borrows the helicopter and says to the very big and beefy guard "Just tell them I hit you." The guard gives him a look that we should be giving a lot of these lightweight actresses.

One of the most realistic female action characters I've ever seen was the female Space Marine Vasquez in the film Aliens. That bitch looked like she might rip a dude in half.
