A google search says that, depending on which site you believe, Lucy Lawless is around 5'9 and 130lbs. That's certainly taller than the average woman, and heavier than the average IN-SHAPE woman, but her action exploits don't even catch a whiff of "realistic". I mean, heck, I'm your average, every-day cubicle dwelling male, and I'm as tall as, and have 25lbs on, the warrior princess. I question whether she could beat ME in a fight, let alone the 200lb armored medieval thugs that she regularly dispatched on the show.

Personally, I think the best female action stars are the ones with guns. ;)
