Maybe. I just feel there's a distinction between "one in a million" and "impossible." Aemon Send a noteboard - 24/01/2012 03:53:35 PM
Let's say you filled a warehouse with 1 million barbells, each weighing 300 pounds. Let's say you put a small coin underneath one of them. If you asked a large man to go in and lift the barbell with the coin under it, without telling him which one it was, he'd have a one in a million chance of lifting the right one. If you asked a small woman to do the same, her chances of lifting the correct one would be zero.

Stupid illustrations aside (sorry, I like using those :P), the same holds true in an action movie. If a large male gets extraordinarily lucky, he'll get the openings and opportunities he needs to punch the bad guys without them punching him back. He will, therefore, win the fight. If his punches did no damage, however, an infinite number of openings and advantages would do him no good. And such would be the case with a woman. A small woman would disable herself before disabling a large male opponent with her blows. Unless the fight scene consists of nothing but crotch shots, neck punches and eye gouges, it is impossible. . .PHYSICALLY impossible. . .for the woman to win.

And for the record, the same is true of very small men vs very large men. I'm not trying to attack women here by any means, just saying that there's a certain degree of physical inequality that cannot be overcome, regardless of sex.
