This was because of the poster. I can't remember whether the trailer lied in this way or not. I can't actually remember seeing the trailer.
You remember the film from the early 2000s where dragons take over the world and Christian Bale and Matthew McConaughey save the day? It was a crap film, but I went purely on the understanding that it would be DRAGONS VS APACHE HELICOPTERS (see the poster). How is that not a winning concept?
Yeah. No apaches. There were helicopters - two or three of them, as I recall - but they were wimpy little helicopters, not hardcore battle-hardened helicopters with weapons of strength. I was pretty upset about the lack of apaches.
