The little Theon-Asha thing is definitely there in the book. Legolas Send a noteboard - 09/04/2012 08:18:49 PM
Haven't actually seen the episode, but for what it's worth... :P
I found that Pyke was handled rather well, even if I don't recall Asha (or whatever her name is now) teasing Theon or rather him hitting on her that much.

There was plenty of it in the book, so unless they really exaggerated big time in the episode, it was probably accurate.
And once again the show proves that it does not really appreciate Martin's more subtle hints in the books and instead decides to let Stannis and Melisandre go at it right away. I thought that was a little much.

Agreed. I recall it pretty much like you do - hints that there might be something going on, but without it ever becoming clear.

I felt it was strongly hinted in the books Mark - 10/04/2012 01:30:01 PM 1035 Views
Exactly. In fact, until she said something to Jon in DWD, I felt the actual copulation was ambiguous Cannoli - 10/04/2012 02:02:13 PM 957 Views
I just think even with 10 hours of content this season, there isn't time for subtle hints..... Anonymous2000 - 09/04/2012 05:50:15 PM 812 Views
