Like, they had a biologist on board, and a lab. Do you think the biologist would NOT have been interested in organic black goo that was found in an alien tomb?

Like you said, the whole thing was a clusterfuck. Everyone keeps talking about a sequel- is this a foregone conclusion? Because I really wouldn't mind if this was the end of it.
