Yeah, even I felt the movie was all over the place, too many plot lines and questions.
The holograms show the Engineers running away into the tomb with the jars and the giant head. What were they running away from? That tomb had no other exits, but we dont see the bodies of the other Engineers who had run into that tomb. Where did they go?

We did see those bodies, actually. The two guys who got lost and were stuck in tomb until the snake-alien got them found the whole pile in front of the door.
Ah, I remember those bodies now. But this is what bugs me still. Maybe I am dumb, but the movie sort of portrayed that the tomb was sealed and that it had only one entrance which also worked as an exit. We didn't see nor hear anyone mention otherwise. In that holographic sequence, lots of Engineers ran into the tomb, then the door was sealed and beheaded the last Engineer. But their bodies are found at a place different from the tomb's interior. So, how did they get out of it?
Isn't everyone in WoT re-born?

Meh. The movie was OK, I feel like it tried to do too much and didn't finish anything it started

Nothing in this post can spoil the film as badly as the script writer did, so it could be worse *NM*

The Vickers stuff is pretty annoying. There are no good villians.
