And for what it's worth, Metacritic has it at 69/100 based on 19 reviews. Obviously Metacritic isn't the absolute definitive word in the land of reviews, but still, it shows that there are definitely some critics who like it.
Anyway, if sitcoms aren't your thing then certainly don't watch it, but if you do, well, 21 minutes isn't much time to waste giving it a shot.
